Speaking with a customer service employee and problems with finding my auto insurance policy, plus a double debit to my bank account. The employee handled both requests with extremely professionalism. Once she completed my concerns, I had a better understanding to the processes. No doubt in my mind will I hesitate to call back should I have problems again. Exciting that all concerns were completed in one phone call.
