The young agent sent to our site was very professional and easy to speak with. My team had nearly all of the information he needed when he arrived. We walked the property and the agent did not express any concerns. I specially asked if there were and issues. The agent repeated stated no. Three weeks later our insurance broker stated that Selective wanted to terminate our policy due to concerns which arrose during the site visit. Who does that?
