I tried to add a new vehicle well you can’t, need call the agent, why? It should be a simple process of removing the old vehicle and putting the new vehicle on with exactly the same coverage. My problem was I bought the new vehicle and drive it home and didn’t move it because the agent was closed for two days and you won’t add it. The next thing is I wanted to pay my bill which I used a credit card last year but this year you said it would cost $84 or something like. Ok, I know credit cards charge vendors but why haven’t I received a paper bill so I have the address to send a check or at least put the dam address to the website. So I call Selective and got the address to send a check. I give no one the right to pull money from my accounts. I was in IT for 50 years and know security so that will never happen.
